Dominican Republic, has not escaped the amazing charlatans that are presented each year by making predictions of what will happen in art, politics, weather, blah, blah, blah. We have a character, Marilu Viera, each year make their predictions, the unwary are many, many call them "respectable Seer," but this woman seems not to hit one of his predictions.
